To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly be broken. If you want to be sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one - not even to an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safely in the casket or the coffin of your selfishness. But, in that casket- safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, unredeemable. The only place outside heaven where you can be safe from all the dangers and perturbations of love, is hell.

Past and present
I suppose it is true after all - practice does make perfect. While cleaning up my folders, I looked through my old photoshoot photos and couldn't help noticing how much more awkward and stiff I used to be. The new photos look so much better thanks to experience and all the tips and tricks that I picked up from each session.
My first photoshoot since joining JCM - studio shoot, three photographers.
My second photoshoot, and first outdoor shoot - two photographers. I absolutely hated the photos. I was slouchy, unnatural, and pretty darn ugly.
My first proper shoot, with Willy.
My fourth shoot - five photographers. I learnt the most from this shoot - taking note of the small details like keeping my hands relaxed.
My latest shoot - seven photographers. By now I'd come to enjoy being photographed, even if it still took a while before my nerves settled and everything started to flow better.
Now I'm just hoping for the opportunity to do edgier shoots - with more focus on styling and concept rather than just pure portrait poses. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I kinda like your first photoshoot with JCM. Very cute, and adorable. Don't force yourself too much, find the right moment and write. Cheers~
