Dear Residents
Petty Thefts
It has been brought to our attention that a male subject (an outsider) was arrested on Sat. 27 August 2005 at about midnight for theft of male underwear, singlet, and socks at the common corridors of the residential blocks. The culprit was handed over to the Police and matter is being investigated.
In this connection, kindly report to the Hall Office if you happen to lose any male undergarments (underwear/singlet/sockets) from the period 1st August to 27 August 2005 for identification and investigation purposes.
