you're unique, just like everyone else.
i hate this layout.
i want a blog that doesn't look like any other blog.
but you know that's not fucking possible. because there are only this many categories that layouts can fall under. sure, no two designs can really be identical, but their essential structure can be too similar for my liking.
how can anyone claim that an idea begins with them, and that anything remotely similar to it must be a rip-off? it would be nothing short of presumptuous to assume that your work alone is what something else has been modelled on. everyone gets their inspiration from somewhere. some people get their inspiration from everywhere.
and you know, the last i checked... adaptation and innovation aren't synonymous with plagiarism.
ok sorry for that sudden outburst. i just wanted to get it off my chest. anyway. i got excused from today's run because i was weak from diarrhoea and hunger. while the rest went for the run, i holed myself up in my room downloading more brushes and fonts.
i finally found the masking tape brushes as well as some cool vector brushes and texture brushes so expect a new look over the weekend! :*)
